[status] Arrived at Nanumea yesterday morning, but stood off the pass until later in the afternoon waiting more favorable tidal conditions. There was a decent sized long period swell from the south making the pass entrance a bit challenging. The lagoon is quite small and the locals have been up all night playing music. Can't wait to go ashore this morning and find out what it's all about.
