Best shelter is in south and east sector winds. Choose between anchor or mooring. The anchorage is quite deep with good holding. As with most moorings in the Pacific, treat with caution unless you have access to good information otherwise.
If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
