[status] OOPS, We have crossed the date line 5 times in the last three weeks and now I am just getting confused!!!Arrived off Fulanga about 11am this morning after a rainy overnight trip with light head winds most of the way. Thought we were going to be tasked with heading down to a small island 100 miles south of Matuku by NZ rescue co ordination center just as we were about to leave yesterday but they sent Villomee who were on passage near Matuku instead. They got about 1/3 of the way there before being stood down and we both arrived here at the same time this morning. Had to wait a couple of hours for the tide to slacken to get in the pass as we were a bit earlier than we planned. Have anchored somewhere we dont normally anchor. This is the sandspit anchorage and is normally too crowded for our liking but just two of us here tonight. FreebirdII from Opua anchored not to far away too. Got a Mahi Mahi this morning.
