[status]At Anchor Likurie Bay Yasawa Is. Walked across to the other side of the island to do our sevusevu as the bay we are anchored in is owned by the village of Bukama on the eastern side of the island. The Chief Ratu Sami is well into his 80's and speaks no English but Daniel the head man who introduced us to him spoke really good English and translated for us. This was the best sevusevu we have done very traditional and Ratu Sami is a great old man and enjoyed a good chat. The whole island is very happy with the 8 month contract they have for the production of the Swiss and French Survivor TV shows as it is providing a lot of employment for all the local villages.
