[status] Due to a series of gales on the southern Western Australian coast, The Southern Cross was berthed at the Batavia Coast Marina, Geraldton for 11 days. We had hoped to sail right through to Perth, but took a 28 hour weather window and travelled as far as Jurien Bay. Hope to leave for Perth in the next few days, after more strong southerlies blow through.
