[status] We are as close to the equator here in this anchorage as we have been since the Galapagos over three years ago. This is our last stop before we set sail in about an hour for Sorong. We've not been in such populated areas in a long time and it is odd to look out the windows at night and see a small city of lights all around us. We're excited to get officially cleared into Indonesia and off to Raja Ampat for a couple of months of diving. We plan on arriving Sunday to Sorong.
