[status] Anchored in the shelter of Williams Island, which lies off the southern tip of Eyre Peninsula, near Cape Catastrophe. Instead of contending with large lumpy seas, we are sitting on gently rolling waters. It is a relief to have crossed the Great Australian Bight. We are five miles away from completing our circumnavigation of mainland Australia. Plan to raise the anchor later this morning and head towards Port Lincoln.
