[status] OK, so here is the reality of being in Raja Ampat during the prime diving season. There are LOTS of boats around. Last night, after a nice dinner, we had visitors. About 20 people arrived to our secluded little beach that we are stern tied (25m off the shore), built a fire, brought food and chairs and music, and had a loud party that lasted until 10pm. Yep, so much for having this small little beach to ourselves. Evidently the charter boats use this beach as a party base since there are very few beaches in the area. Oh well, we'll see what tonight brings....hopefully peace and quiet....
