[status] This is our position at 8 pm NZ time. Our autopiot failed about 4 hours out of Marsden Cove. We have a Hydrovane for self steering with sailing and a Raymarine tiller pilot as a backup that can steer attached to the Hydrovane rudder, but not meant for heavy weather. Our autopilot is brand new this season and we've had multiple problems getting it working correctly. Thought we had all our problems solved. Otherwise, all well on board. We are headed to Suva, Fiji.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.
