[status] A beautiful night with slow and steady progress sailing in lighter winds of about 10 to 12 knots. From the early hours of the morning we were quite hard on the wind as it backed to a more easterly direction.
Almost exactly as the sun showed its first beautiful morning beams up through the clouds a sweet new breeze line filled in, veering to the south, and we are now flying along in similar conditions to yesterday. The current seems to have become more favourable too.
We are grabbing a little extra easting whenever we can as forecast for final approach is fresh with a fair bit of east in it.
All going well we are hoping to make Navula passage by mid morning tomorrow.
