[status] After a fascinating morning exploring the rock carvings at Petroglyph Beach, we left Wrangell and followed the tidal current south in Eastern Passage. We're anchored in a small bay half way down the western side, out of the current and hopefully out of the gale force winds predicted for the larger straits. We'll hunker down here for a day or so.

The cabin of a small yacht is truly a wonderful thing; not only will it shelter you from a tempest, but from the other troubles in life, it is a safe retreat.
