On the rhumb line between Noumea and Brisbane, encountered a strong current which currently appears to flow NE and now N in direction. This is slowing progress. I didn't see that on a pilot chart, I guess I should have looked a little more carefully.
All well on board.
I can hear forecasts booming in from David at Gulf Harbour (with the exception of yesterday when everybody struggled) but was unable to call in. However was able to talk to Astarte in Vanuatu with no problem. Still struggling with the KISS radials installed when the metal fuel and water tanks were replaced with plastic!!!!!!
