[status] We will not be talking about out daily run totals for a while now, as we have deliberately slowed down to better position ourselves to deal with some adverse weather that is brewing up ahead of us. On another somewhat unpleasant note, we are starting to see a lot of garbage floating by - really depressing; not what you want to see our here on the ocean! We were warned to expect this - all part of the North Pacific garbage "gyre" which is probably much further to the west of us. On the brighter side of things for today, we are a mere 60 nm south of the latitude of the US/Mexican border! And, most importantly, on this day (not that many years ago) a very special person was born - HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOLLY! "All is well on board!" Thanks for following us on YIT!
