[status] Had a pleasant night sail under partly clear skies with many stars. The sea state was more settled and being reasonably quiet below we both got some good sleep. The winds continue to be moderate ESE trades and we are making good time. In the 24 hours to 10 this morning we had covered 164 nm (in the right direction!) and were just under 400 nm from Fiji so the Gigians are very happy with the progress. The sun came out this morning for about 2 hours but mostly cloudy conditions. The wind generator has been putting out good amps so we haven't run the generator for 2 days. Threw the third flying fish for this passage over the side this morning
