[status] We did infeed need to motorsailing a bit again around midday today but this afternoon thevwind increased and have been sailing really nicely on a broad reach with favorable current now. Just 43 miles to go, we should be entering the seaway around 2am tomorrow. The full moon rising through the smoky sky has been stunning and should make the night time arrival super easy. Don?t know the tide situation but not expecting any issues crossing the bar as the swell seems very small.
There were some tears this afternoon as Lyn threw over some of our remaining food that we think we won?t be able to bring in. Last year we had to pay $150 for bio waste disposal, hoping to avoid that this time.
