[status]Motor-sailing in light easterlies for past day. Rand saw a larger meteor burn last night. Comfortable days and beautiful nights, but for lack of wind. Passing to the east of S Minerva Reef, leaving it to our west. We positioned the boat east of the rhumb in anticipation of close-reaching north on strong easterlies. We've had a few hours of that. Hope to anchor in N Minerva Reef today. All is well on board.

The sea is the same as it has been since before men ever went on it in boats.
