[status]Moved round to Solodamu to visit the family we spent time with 6 years ago. We got a fantastic warm welcome from them all Sita and her family and of course Big Ben. Had to wade through a bit of mud to get to the landing as the tide was still to low but it was getting late and we wanted to do our sevusevu and say hello. The Kava bowl came out and during the course of the evening the whole family came to say hello plus a few of the locals, finally got away about 7pm to head back to the boat.
Heading in on the morning tide Jan is baking a big brownie to take in and a load of popccorn for all the kids, Sita now seems to have about 8 grandkids running round the place now, but they have extended their house, got a generator and big TV since we were there last. Not quite the same drinking kava with the TV going for the kids to watch though but that's progress IU guess.
Off fishing with them tomorrow.
