main down and only staysail up in middle of night with lightning around us and 30 knots but now sailing along good in nice breeze!!

we off to vanabalavu in Lau group now, 110 miles to ESE. We on the back of a small front so winds are now south and we are happy, should be there in the morning.

Feels like being anchored in Minerva reef, wild! Great kiting place. French bread, wine and cheese, not cheap though!

Almost there, raising the French and yellow flag. Near full moon so bright out and dawn very soon, perfect timing. Excited for a coffee and croissant!

Having a great sail towards Wallis. We will have to slow down soon to arrive in daylight. 25 knots of wind plus at the moment. 2 reef in but will drop main soon.

Had 2 days at this lovely car free Island in a lagoon . Saw a big turtle!! Island is called Manon. Leaving soon for Wallis

Samoa here we come! Good to see land again after a squally night! Soon we will round the south corner of Samoa and head for Apia.

Great Sailing out here in 20 knots of wind from SE . Looks like we will have 164 miles done in our first 24 hour sail.

Blue lagoon- great snorkelling on the outer boomies and a sweet sup surf for hamish as well. A whale at the lagoon entrance to top off a great day!

Set sail for Samoa this morning! Saw some whales breaching big time!! Not so much wind but it will kick in later! It's nice to be sailing again out in the ocean.

This is a great spot ! Watch a big humpback whale breaching behind our boat 10x! Wow, nature at its best! Private and beautiful.

Sailed out round all southern islands on blue bird day. Lots of whale encounters! Explored at Maninita island by dinghy but need less swell to enter here in adamite!

Has to be the best kite boarding place ever! Euaiki island next door has some great Jurassic type landscapes worth exploring.
