Arrived Opua after an excellent passage from New Caledonia, via Norfolk Is. A beautiful late sunset and the distinctive NZ smell of sheep and honey, welcomed us. Total trip was 1047nm in 10 days.

Departed Pt Moselle, New Caledonia for Opua, New Zealand. Hoping winds will permit a Norfolk Island brief visit or sail-past en-route.

<p>After a long wait for a weather window for Fiji, Barefoot cleared the Goldcoast Seaway, Southport, Qld headed for New Caledonia. The temptation of French pastries and bagettes eventually won!</p>

Barefoot has returned from summer in Tasmania and is in Southport preparing for departure; hopefully to Fiji, when weather permits.

Arrived Luganville Bay, Vanuatu from Rotuma. Fast passage with wind and sea astern. Anchored off Beachfront Resort. Very accommodating of cruisers and convenient location.

Arrived Oinafa Bay, Rotuma from Yasawa-I-rara. A beautiful anchorage and lush, green island.

Barefoot arrived in Savusavu from New Zealand on 30th May after a pleasant, slow passage with several days of calms. Now enjoying exploring Eastern Fiji. All's well on board.
