Buena Vista is a 46' Formosa Peterson cutter-rigged sloop. Her home port is Ventura, California. Don and Debbie Robertson left California at the end of 2009 and spent two years cruising Mexico's Sea of Cortez and it's mainland. In March 2012 we sailed from Mexico to French Polynesia and through the islands of the South Pacific, ending in New Zealand in November 2012. Leaving the boat in NZ, we spent 2013 in Don's home country Australia; Don working to rebuild the cruising kitty and Debbie acquired her 'permanent residency' certificate. We will spend the 2014 cruising season in Fiji and plan to sail back to New Zealand in early December. --
