Hanging out in Russell, cool wee town.

Waipiro Bay, hiding from the 20knt Northly that is coming tomorrow.

Finally made it to the Bay of Islands.
Great first anchorage, beautiful clear water and nice sandy beach.

Spent the day sailing up to Whangaruru, pretty rough seas, got smashed around a bit, only 10knts of wind and 1 1/2m of swell but punching into it the wrong way.

Staying at Tutuaka for the night before heading to the Poor Knights tomorrow.

Moved bay to be able to go out for dinner with some new friends.
