Meikyo is a Norseman 447. Designed by Bob Perry and built in 1985, she is a very capable offshore cruiser. Mike and Liliane, from Canada, are six years into their circumnavigation. Meikyo is a Japanese word that translates to "clear mirror", or more philosophically "mirror of the soul". Liliane is a Canadian Registered Massage Therapist. Mike is a retired beer company guy.

Back on the boat after two months in Canada. Much warmer here now from when we left. Need to provision and a few boat chores then off cruising the east coast of Tasmania again.

Hanging out in Riedle Bay for a few days waiting for the low to pass. Terrific beach, as usual have the place to ourselves. Found the largest seashell in eight years of travelling!
