100nm to Newcastle. Lots of shipping. Rough seas 2m swell. 20-30 knot N winds. Looking forward to arrival.

220nm to Newcastle. Looking for the elusive "finding nemo" current and/or some wind.

Departed Noumea late yesterday(Mon) morning for Newcastle. Flat seas and motorsailing overnight. Now 19kn wind and 1.8m sea.

Spent last night at Ilot Uatio(5 Isles). Great snorkelling. Shifted out of the southern lagoon today for the forecast southerly blow.

Anchored here last night. Ok in light winds but wouldn't be good holding otherwise.

Visited Prony village yesterday then anchored here overnight. Heading to the Isle of Pines today and looking forward to a week of light winds down there.
