Solitary Light is an old fashioned design, full keel monohull steel ketch with wishbone rig. Launched in 2005 in NSW, Australia after 15 years of diligent craftsmanship by the current owners Andrew and Kerrie Seccombe and many other helpers. She has spent the last 9 years coastal sailing Australia with a few trips out to Lord Howe Island and Tasmania. This is the first trip overseas with the intent of heading into the Pacific for the winter with Tonga as the first possible landfall.
