Tamariki is a timber ketch designed and built by Gary Wheeler in Auckland and launched 1982. Sail number 4790. NZ registered number is 394802. She is 14.5m x 4.2m x 2m draft and 14.2 tonnes.displacement

She has sailed to the pacific (2003, 04 and 05), 2014, 15.and French Polynesia 2017

Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Australian east coast to Tasmania then back to Picton NZ 2018/2019. Now cruising South Island and then on to Stewart Island in 2020

On Ian's mooring in French Farm at Akaroa probably for the next 2 weeks at least. So far 2 offers of vehicle to do shopping when required from these amazingly generous folk down here.

anchored in Disappointment Cove. Ardmachree, Perryaire, Felix le Cat occupying the mooring line tied in close to the shore. No issue though as only 25kn SW expected tonight.
