[status] report at 1930 local time Tuesday. Departed Port Davey at 1900 last evening in misty conditions. Southerly winds built overnight and we had an easy sail with up to one metre following seas for 100 nautical miles to Macquarie Harbour. Came through Hells Gates at noon with up to three knots of negative current. Bananas have been sourced from the IGA at Strahan.

Lelu Bay, Kosrae, FSM

Good protection from all directions. This gorgeous bay is nearly completely circled by mountains. Services are just ashore in Lelu Village: Grocery and Produce stores, Laundromat, Ace Hardware. There is a municipal dock. Ancient Ruins behind the Grocery Store. A short walk across the causeway is a bank w/ATM and a gas station. They will deliver diesel for free to the dock. They also rent cars.

[status] Day 2 from Cape Town to St. Helena. Not much to report. Very little wind, so we are motoring. Seas are nice. The air and seas are getting warmer as we head north. Last night was much warmer than our first night out. We've seen a few big ships on AIS, but all passed a few miles away. All is well.
