Anchored in beautiful Kosrae at Lelu Bay. This bay is surrounded by green hills and mountains. It is reminiscent of the the Marquesas, except the anchorage is quite calm, not rolly or bumpy.

[status] report at 1000 local time. This morning The Southern Cross motored 3 nm up the Derwent River and is now berthed at Prince of Wales marina. We plan to stay here for two weeks: to sightsee in and around Hobart, catch up with friends, attend the Wooden Boat Festival and buy boat parts.
