We have continued our excellent progress and speed, completing 200nm in around 25hrs 35mins up to 8am this morning, nearly 8kt average and by far the best sailing conditions and progress for any leg on the whole trip!

I finally broke down and put on socks and shoes! Barefoot no more on this passage!

[status]What a beautiful 24 hours, Obsession has romped along.We lost the wind at about 3am and so motor is now running. We can now see land we assume it is NZ otherwise we are very lost. It looks very beautiful and it is always great when it appears where you expect it to.
