[status] Got in to Port Vila after 1300 local and anchor all set at 1400 local. It's still a little breezy in the anchorage, but I'll take 15 knots any day compared to 30 knots. Now to relax and wait for my official check in tomorrow (Monday).

[status] Good day's run yesterday - 146 nm; but, not so good today. Wind started out okay, but then died down to the point it was hard to sail without dumping the wind out of the sails in the swell, so the "three knot rule" was invoked. Hopefully we will be able to set sails again before sunset. Just over 800 nm miles to go to Hawaii. "All is well on board!" Thanks for following us on YIT!

[status] we have really enjoyed spending an extra 2 days in Tikehau- a quick visit to the village and the cleaning station where the resident population of Mantas (approx 100) will some times congregate to get cleaned by fish however we weren?t in luck and with the resorts bringing day boats out full of guests the site is slightly over busy which probably is off putting to the Mantas.
