Have departed Tarawa and enroute towards Butaritari where we hope to spend Christmas. Nice fast close reach in the lee of Tarawa so far under genoa, staysail and mainsail.

[status] Found some more wind! 12-15 NNE means we are bumping into it but moving right along. Double reefed main and single reef in the jib seems to be doing the trick. Should be tucking in behind some of the Kiribati atolls soon so looking foreward to some smooth sailing. Finally landed a Wahoo yesterday afternoon, fish for days!!!
