[s]Its been a wild ride this afternoon with thunder and rain and 15-30kn N winds, averaging 8-9 kn, and surfing down waves at 14.9kn. We had to bring out the wet weather gear and hot drinks - a stark contrast to yesterday with board shorts and bikinis. Definitely getting closer to NZ.
