[status]  Last night was uneventful. Just a bit rolly with short period
seas.  Kept one engine on to hold our course and speed steady as we
don't want to dawdle on this passage.  Beautiful sunrise this morning.

[status] We left Port Vila yesterday afternoon and are enjoying very nice sailing conditions. We are bound for the Marshall Islands, but are sailing to the west first to get on the west side of some nasty looking cyclonic activity brewing to our north. We're not sure if it will amount to anything, but decided to be safe. This promises to be a long passage and likely to be very squally.

[status]we are 124 NM out from 9 pin with 1 to 1.5 mrt S TO SW swell, by this time tomorrow should be on the Q dock . looking forward sighting land and a hot shower. this trip we have had amazing weather clear skies and big moon at night, even looks like the sun is going to put in appearance today, though the cold wind does spoil it abit.
