Moved over to the east side of Yadua to be able to deliver some of the walu and tuna that we spearfished. Very pretty but missing our totally protected anchorage on the west side of Yadua - but it is a 3 hour hike to the village from the western anchorage.

[status] Anchored at Lingeh Bay, Flores Island, Indonesia. Had good sailing winds for most of the trip here from Riung (35 miles). Greeted by boatloads of kids, all asking for notebooks and pens. We didn't have nearly enough notebooks for all of them, so did not give out any to avoid a riot. We did give out pens and pencils and that supply is about gone. One guy gave us a couple of coconuts, so we gave him a t-shirt for his kid.

[status] Had a great sail upto Albert Cove, what a lovely place. Today went on a dingy adventure to introduce ourselves to the local police and explore the "capital" town. Then went snorkeling this afternoon.

Caught 2 big mahi mahi at the same time, luckily the second one got away because one fish is more than enough for us! Spend 2 night at Gau, it's a beautiful green, mountainous island.[END]
