Drove up to Cullen Point and hit the beach and drove round the point for a few k's. Found an awesome spot under some trees and decided to make a day of it. Miscalculated the path of the sun for the afternoon and we lost our shade for a couple of sweltering hot hours........... [END]

Hiding away at Red Beach near Weipa for the night. 27deg at 8pm, phew!!!!! Still getting lots of dust in the fridge compressor compartment, so going to try and adjust the rear door to close tighter and apply more duct tape to any joins in the body work!! We camped at Crystal creek again last night, so no point adding that as an update.[END]
