[status] A nice and fast reach from Tongoa to NE Epi Island that turned into a three way race wing-on-wing. Enjoyed a large Mahi Mahi caught by Blue Rodeo on the way. The monohulls in the anchorage rolled a bit despite wind from the S to E. A nice snorkel and dive spot nearby.

Surprisingly good diving and snorkeling on the N and SE portions of the reef with hard corals deep and soft corals near the surface and some shallow canyons. In addition, there is an 80 ft wall on the west side with limited coral but a variety of small creatures in the rocks.

Anchored Albert Cove, northern tip of Rabi Island. Lovely calm morning, sheltered bay. 3 thatched huts used by the locals when they come up from the village down south to gather coconuts for copra and tend their grog crops. Otherwise empty and full of bird song, fish leaping about al night long. Awesome! All well onboard. love to all
