[status] We had a ?Hippy Jam Session? last night aboard Field Trip. Our neighbors, self proclaimed hippies, came over toting a bunch of instruments, and we spent hours last night playing and singing aboard Field Trip. It was a blast?even though I am not musically inclined. Logged two dives yesterday, and spearfishing. Diving here is average, but we have not been to any of the ?good? sights just yet.

[status] Nice tranquil sail SW overnight waiting for the winds to back east, which they did over the past three hours. Now sailing almost towards NZ in light air. Expect the wind to continue to back and go lighter, so probably will be motoring later on today.

[status]well here it is saturday morning 0430 and dawn is up as well progress has been good we have weaved our way through all the sea mounts by avoiding them we find that our passage is much smoother. The motor has had a good work out as the wind has dropped away toward the center of the high currently have 6/8kts of sth of east with 10/12 across the deck. the seas are slight with maybe a SE swell of 1/2mtr 675 to run reckon on wed arrival at nine pin.
