Kairos II is a 45ft traditionally constructedi timber ketch built in Vancouver in 1979. She has spent most of her life in Nelson, New Zealand having made numerous trips to the Pacific Islands. Her current owners have owned her for the past 7 years refitting her for another offshore trip to the Pacific Islands and beyond!

Another night of light winds . A mixture of sailing and motoring with wind slowly backing. Motoring now and ETA is for first light tomorrow. Hopefully get the Geniker up today. Pos at 0800 NZDT

Managed to sail through the night in light winds and no sea. Pos as at 0700 NZDT. All well onboard. We are receiving the comments/posts from people ashore so thanks for that. J and M
