For whatever we lose (like a you or a me), it's always ourselves we find in the sea.

Ruff, ruff! Oh wait, that's "rough, rough" in human-speak. I guess I'm
getting a little (more) punchy out here. The wind's up but we're grateful
that it didn't go as far north as predicted (yet?). We've been making good
progress towards Minerva and still have room to turn down wind a bit more if
we need to.

Thanks to Bob McDavitt for the great weather advice!

[weather] Baro 1021. 90% cloud cover, that front hit us last night, squalls and a messy sea
[speed] 7
[heading] 008M
[status] We didn?t get to listen to GHRadio this morning, Sasha and Mike were sleeping and Tim was at the helm. It was a rather sleepless night caused by the messy seas, and MOONFISH hobby horsing through them. Mike and Tim put a reef in the main as the first squall hit, and then later in the night Sash and Mike furled most of the head sail away.
Tim says hi Rach I am very well.

[position] 22 06.800s 175 03.630e
[status] We continued to motor through last night into a slightly bobbly sea caused by a 7 knot easterly with the odd small rain squall. We both had excellent sleep and are nice and well rested this morning.
The wind and sea is calmer again now, glorious weather. We are ahead of our schedule for Wednesday morning arrival so will start sailing slowly as soon as some wind develops. According to models that may happen around midday.

[weather] 4kt E 1m swell from the SE 5% cloud cover
