[s]Left Fulaga yesterday for Namuka-i-lau. Had a lovely lazy 3hrs sail joined by a pod of short finned pilot whales just off Fulaga Island to farewell us. Caught a Tuna off the reef of Namuka so sundowners , dinner and cards with Obsession. Woken to a glorious morning, stunning spot and we are the only boats here. Walking over to village this morning to do sevusevu then its explore time.

[status] Just arrived at Banam Bay, Malekula Island after a 25nm sail from a VERY rolly Lamen Bay. Awesome sail, beam to broad reaching the whole way at an average of 8 knots. Best sail of the trip so far!! Got here in time for lunch and very happy to not be rolling at anchor. Kris and Jay are sorting out supplies for us to gift (trade to their advantage, to be precise) to the local (and apparently very traditional) village here.
