Vanuatu State of Emergency - Rhinoceros Beetle infestation

This notification just came through the Down Under Rally FB group.

Update regarding Rhinoceros Beetle infestation at Port-Havannah, Efate, Vanuatu State of Emergency,
We just been informed by Vanuatu BIOSECURITY that as of 1st September 2019 Havanna Harbour Vanuatu is closed and that any vessel remaining after 10:00AM on the 2nd September will be impounded and not permitted to leave.
