Really fast sail 90 miles south from Sydney. Winds from NNE and building to 30 knots. Approaching Jervis bay we had 55 knots over the deck with wind over headlands. Found this fantastic spot with no wind for a great nights sleep.

In Newcastle waiting for customs. Beautiful night with stars and moon entering Australian waters. We could smell land way out at sea. We got the mainsail off and hamish will get the boom off as soon as possible. Very glad the boom held it together so we could keep sailing with the mainsail up.

Härligt att höra att allt gått bra! Hoppas att ni får bra hjälp med bommen och allt fix nu. När flyger ni till Auckland/ Florida? Kramar ☃️☃️💕

A real beautiful island, proper "casterway island" feel. There was a village person living there alone for his last 20 years in a great hut with food and cooking shelter. He died recently and everything remains exactly as he left it on the last day of his life.
