Hi, arrived on Vila Vanuatu yesterday. All is well with crew. Have to do rig and hull inspection as ferry collision seems to have loosened something near chainplates. Creaking noise to be investigated. So far wonderful people Lin and David

Sahula got hit by a ferry drifting through the anchorage. They suffered damage and lost their anchor and chain. Three other boats got hit and quite a lot of mayhem ensued during the fiasco. Today will be spent sorting out damage claims and finding chain and anchor. They kedged off a shallow rocky area. Good support by port folk so we hope all goes well today with discussions.
