Lost power on the engine yesterday finally pinned it down to a dirty/blocked air filter, cleaned it and all's well now. Still motoring looking forward to some wind hopefully later today.

The PawPaw tow was successful. The patrol boat did not appear at any of the meeting places but did get to Momi Bay to take over escort duties. Yhanks to all concerned in that effort. And a big WELL DONE to Talulah Ruby.
Amazing stuff guys. Glad you
Great work Tallahassee Ruby.

Have been holding by disabled PawPaw for 18 hours. Pawpaw has lost steering after a big wave broke the cabeling. Pawpaw is a 46' Catamaran. The Fiji naval vessel Kula was meant to be there this morning but now not expected until noon so Talulah Ruby will attempt a tow. They have 200 plus feet of rope and will contact maritime radio when they get underway. GHRadio have updated weather forecast for the next couple of days. Taululah Ruby have had trouble contacting Maritime but Pawpaw and then will also try Northland radio.
