enjoying the peace and quiet of Phaeton Bay, Tahiti. Good shopping near by to stock up and preparing to move over to the reef for snorkeling etc. Getting used to the tropical heat! Happy to be here!

Hi Dad and Catherine, Glad your both ok and having a good sail, there are two offers on the house one better than the other, Jenny at Premiers knows both, The first is a family, all adult good sound people offered the full amount, If you are out of contact shall I give the go ahead< also I thought that if all goes through then rather than approach the current tennants about the summerhouse base and shower, as you have an offer on the table to let them check out and do the items of work then, Let me know asap as I need to get back to Jenny to give her the go ahead, I will call her tomorrow anyway, Love Rich xxx
